  • 2 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (Cayenne)

  • 1 Tbsp Dulse

  • 1 Tbsp Parsley

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed, crushed

  • 1 tsp Lemon Grass

  • 3 small Squash (Summer) yellow, sliced

  • 6 large Carrot cut in chunks

  • 1 handful Pearl Onions

  • a big handful Green Bean

    I put all the ingredients in a crock-pot on low setting. About 6 hours later, we had some great stew.
