The sweet potatoes I just bake after I give them a good scrubbing cause I like th eat the skins. I like the sweetness fo the sweet potato with the more sharp taste of the swiss chard.
I've tried kale also, and that is chewy and much stronger tasting than the swiss chard which has a little sweetness to it. But with the sweet potato it makes a nice combination of flavors.
