SALMON WITH SWISS CHARD & SWEET POTATOES A: A AB: OK B: OK O: OK

  • Salmon ( farm)

  • Olive Oil

  • Butter (opt)

  • Swiss Chard

  • Potato (Sweet)

    I just pan fry the salmon in a little ollive oil and butter. For the swiss chard you cut the stalks up first and saute those in some oil and garlic until they are tender. Then you toss in the cut up leaves and let them wilt.

    The sweet potatoes I just bake after I give them a good scrubbing cause I like th eat the skins. I like the sweetness fo the sweet potato with the more sharp taste of the swiss chard.

    I've tried kale also, and that is chewy and much stronger tasting than the swiss chard which has a little sweetness to it. But with the sweet potato it makes a nice combination of flavors.
