SWEET POTATOES & PINEAPPLE A: A AB: HB B: HB O: OK

  • Some Potato (Sweet) cooked, cooled and cubed
    		• A: A AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks
    		• A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: N
    A nice treat is too boiled sweet potatoes until tender and remove the skins once cooled off. Cut potatoes in portions and add a can of chunk pineappe and microwave for about 10-20 minutes.

    This process could also be done on the top of the stove or in the oven.

    If this dish is being shared with other members of the household not on the diet, you could add additional brown sugar to their potatoes. YUMMY treat from the HB list.
