    Adzuke beans are much more tender than most beans so it is not necessary to soak them. I cook them first and then mix them with brown rice sautéed in a little garlic and fresh basil and a romaine lettuce salad with garlic, onion and lemon w/olive oil.

    Makes a tasty and filling meal.
