  • 12 oz Beef round, sliced small
  • A: A AB: A B: N O: HB
  • Beer (for marinade)
  • A: A AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 can of Pinto Bean , drained and rinsed
  • A: HB AB: HB B: A O: HB
  • 1 can of Tomato diced
  • A: A AB: N B: A O: N
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper (any neutral)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N

    The beef round is beer marinated.

    Then, cook all ingredients for 9 1/2 hours on low heat.

    I think it is great, and I did not experience indigestion and other problems I usually have with chili.
