  • 4 whole Pepper (any neutral) hot red

I put a pound of garbanzo beans (chickpeas) in the crock pot. I filled the crock pot a small one with water.

In the morning I took the blender, and blended an onion and a heaping tablespoon of precut garlic into some. I can't find my tahini, so I put some olive oil (I dumped until it tasted right) into the blender.

Then I dropped some small hot red peppers from our oriental store in there. I processed the whole pound, putting about 4 1 by 1/8 peppers into each cup in the blender.

I stirred the batches together in a bowl, so it would be universally hot and spicy. I just kept dumping and blending until it tasted like hummus.
