APPLE CRISP #2 A: OK AB: OK B: OK O: OK

  • 1 cup Rice Flour (or any GF flour)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • 3/4 cup Sugar (White)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder (corn free)
  • A: U AB: U B: U O: U
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 Egg (Chicken)
  • A: N AB: N B: HB O: N
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar (White)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 2 Tbsp Cinnamon (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: A O: A

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium-size bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Place sliced apples (or other fruit) in 2-quart buttered baking dish. Cover with flour mixture.

    Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp of sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle melted butter over topping and bake at 375 degrees F for approx. 35-40 minutes or until top is well browned.

    Turns out excellent!!!
