  • A box Tofu
    		• A: HB AB: HB B: A O: N
  • 1-2 tsps Cocoa (to taste)
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
    		• A: N AB: A B: A O: N
  • A dash Salt
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 Tbsp Water (about)
    		• A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
    Mix with a spoon to distribute ingredients and then whip with hand blender until very creamy. Spoon into dessert cups and chill.

    No one I've ever served this to has been able to guess that it's tofu!
