  • Oatmeal

  • or Barley Flakes (opt)

  • or Rice (White) cooked
    		• A: N AB: HB B: N O: N
  • Spelt
    		• A: N AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • Butter melted
    		• A: A AB: A B: N O: N
  • Honey
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Barley Malt
    		• A: HB AB: A B: A O: N
  • or Rice (White) Malt (opt)
    		• A: N AB: HB B: N O: N
  • Sunflower Seed
    		• A: N AB: A B: A O: N
  • Almond slivered
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Sugar (Brown)

    Just mix up a combination of any or all of the above until it hangs together and pat it into the pie pan.

    This would also work well sprinkled on top of the pie.
