  • Cocoa

  • Maple Syrup

  • or Honey

    Grind some nuts in blender, add some cocoa as much or little as you want, then add maple syrup or whatever you prefer, I used honey, mix together and eat.

    One recommended set of measurements: 1 Tbsp nuts, 1 Tbsp cocoa, and maple syrup to mix together.

    Yumm. I keep some in the fridge for those chocolate-craving attacks.
