  • ¼ cup appropriate oats
  • A: NAB: HBB: HBO: N
  • (or rice)
  • A: NAB: HBB: NO: NB
  • (or millet)
  • A: NAB: HBB: HBO: O
  • Water
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • Honey (optional)
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N
  • Maple Syrup (optional)
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N

    Cook grain until very soft. Allow it to cool. Blend with water (amount depends on desired thickness).

    Optional: Sweeten with honey or maple syrup.

    Strain and refrigerate.

    It is very similar to the nut milk.

    Millet (23 g) and Rice (15 g) are highest in protein, Oats come in at 7 gms....per cup.
