PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE A: A AB: A B: A O: OK

  • 1 Banana sliced
  • A: A AB: A B: HB O: N
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin canned
  • A: HB AB: N B: A O: HB
  • 1 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • A: HB AB: N B: HB O: HB
  • 1/2 cup Soy Milk
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • 3 Tbsp Flax Seed Oil
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB
  • 2 Tbsp Calcium liquid
  • A: N AB: U B: U O: N

    Blend all ingredients in a blender. This makes about 24 ozs. Which my husabnd and I split.

    Believe it or not, you can't even thaste the pumpkin. But it is a great way to add an HB to your diet. It mostly tasets like banan and pineapple. It's yummy, but the color is a little gross.
