SOY MILK SMOOTHIE A: A AB: A B: OK O: OK

  • 1 Banana ripe
  • A: A AB: A B: HB O: N
  • 3/4 cup Soy Milk
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 tsp Carob
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: HB
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N

    Take a ripe (has to have brown spots on the peel) banana and peel it. Cut into chunks and freeze overnight. (It's harder to cut it once it's frozen). Put it in your blender with the soymilk, add the maple syrup and the carob. Blend well.

    If you want, you can add a tablespoon of almond butter for a chocolate/nut shake.
