  • 1 box (silken) Tofu
  • A: HB AB: HB B: A O: N
  • 1 handful of: Banana frozen slices (opt)
  • A: A AB: A B: HB O: N
  • Blueberry frozen (opt)
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • boysenberries frozen (opt)
  • A: HBAB: NB: NO: N
  • Cherry (any) frozen (opt)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: N
  • Sugar (White) (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • or Stevia (opt)
  • A: U AB: N B: A O: U

    Add tofu and a handful of frozen fruit (your choice, suggestions above), add a little sugar or stevia (if needed) and blend until smooth (you can always thin it with a little water if it's too thick.

    It's quick and packs a good protein.
