  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (cold pressed, extra virgin)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: N
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • Good whack Pepper (Cayenne) (opt)
  • A: A AB: A B: HB O: HB
  • Splash of Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard Keens (or more)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/2 medium Garlic (finely chopped)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: HB

    Put all in a small container with a lid - give it a good shake - let mellow in the fridge for an hour or two.

    We never get tired of it on a plain Romaine salad.
