  • Pepper (Red) chunks

  • Lemon Juice

  • Olive Oil
    		• A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
    Since going on the diet, I have become blender happy. I puree red peppers, with lemon and olive oil to make salad dressing.

    Again, no recipe. The pepper liquify in the blender.
