  • Rice Flour white or brown
    		• A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • Pepper (Cayenne) (opt)
    		• A: A AB: A B: HB O: HB
  • Dill weed (opt)
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Salt (opt)
    		• A: N AB: N B: N O: N
    Sometimes I coat the fish in rice flour or brown rice flour. Put the rice flour in a sealable plastic bag, add cayeene, dill weed, or any other seasoning, salt and add the fish. Shake the fish in the bag until it's coated. Fry it.

    It's delicious and you'd never know it was rice flour. DON'T use soy flour.
