  • 1/2 can Broth, chicken

  • 2-3 Leek chopped up

  • Dill weed

  • Herbs de Provence seasongs

  • 1 Lemon

    I cook my salmon in the fry pan. I add the chicne broth and the leeks. I sprinkle the dill weed and Herbs de Provence seasonings all over the fish. This is actually steamed salmon. I don't add any olive oil.

    Right before I take the fish out, I squeeze fresh lemon on top.

    Serve with broccoli/olive oil, and salad. Great supper!!!
