  • 3/4 cup of Soy Bean nuts
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: N
  • 1 cup of Millet puffed cereal
  • A: N AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • or Spelt puffed cereal
  • A: N AB: HB B: HB O: N
  • 1/4 to cup of Raisin
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: N
  • 3 to 4 tsp Cocoa Hershey's
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1/4 cup of Honey
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 3/4 cup of Flax Seed ground meal
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB

    Mix all together and shape into a log on wax paper. Roll the log in the wax paper. Put it in the freezer until it sets. Cut into bit size pieces.
