I started out making spaghetti sauce. I did the hamburger, and onions and the added 2 cans of tomato paste and some water. I added the mild salsa (from health food store). After dishing up the spag. Sauce for my daughter, I added the rest of the ingred.

I cooked broccoli until tender and cut up and added water and all to soup. I cooked cut up carrots and cut up yellow sweet potato in my pressure cooker and added that with the water. I added a can of tomatoes cut up.

I added some Italian seasonings and just a dash or two (it was probably that second dash that did it!!) cayenne and then added some cut up canned green beans (hoping to soak up some cayenne.)

I added more water to about 6 quarts.

The soup is great except for the bite of the cayenne. My daughter likes hot food, so she will get a lot of the soup! It could use a little more hamburger, too. Our church makes it and calls it hamburger soup.
