    If I add too much cayenne, I ad a can of chicken broth of water, or V-8 juice. The chicken broth takes care of everything, especially to dilute

    I make a concoction with hamburger, onions, pinto beans, black-eyed peas, and a can of crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, parsley.
