  • 1 Onion (any non-green) chopped or sliced

  • 1 Tbsp Rice Flour

  • Butter
  • A: A AB: A B: N O: N
  • 1 large can Tomatos crushed
  • A: A AB: N B: A O: N
  • 1 can Broth, chicken
  • A: N AB: A B: A O: N
  • 1 package Tofu pureed in water
  • A: HB AB: HB B: A O: N
  • Thyme
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Tarragon
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Dill
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Oregano
  • A: N AB: U B: N O: U

    Sauté one onion in butter with the rice flour until onion is tender. Add can of crushed tomatoes. To that add one can of chicken broth. Add pureed tofu packed in water. Add spices. Simmer for 10 mins.

    You have a healthy, creamy, tofu tomato bisque soup.

    It's very good. My guests said they wouldn't think of eating tofu. After they said it was delicious, I told them it was tofu.
