  • Onion (any non-green) chopped

  • a couple Tbsp Olive Oil
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • Horseradish chopped
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB
  • Some Celery chopped
  • A: N AB: HB B: N O: N
  • Some Carrot chopped
  • A: HB AB: N B: HB O: N
  • Some Bok Choy chopped

  • Some Squash (Winter) chopped
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Some Zucchini chopped
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Some Swiss Chard chopped
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB
  • A can of Broth (any neutral)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • To taste Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • Some Spinach chopped
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB

    Heat olive oil in a stewpot. Cook onions and horseradish until transparent. Add all other vegetables and the can of broth. Salt to taste. Cook for about 10 minutes. Then add spinach and heat a few minutes.

    Serve and enjoy with a steak or salmon.
