  • 1 can Artichoke - Domestic hearts
  • A: HB AB: A B: A O: HB
  • Olive Oil
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • to taste Garlic
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: HB

    I don't really measure anything. I just take a can of artichoke hearts, dump them in the blender, and add olive oil to smooth it out and garlic to taste. You have to run the blender a few times to get all the big pieces pureed.

    And there will still be a few leaves in the spread. It only takes a couple minutes.
