  • 12-16oz chopped walnuts
  • A: NAB: HBB: NO: HB
  • 1/4-teaspoon curry powder
  • A: NAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • 1/4-teaspoon tumeric
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: HB
  • 1/4-teaspoon ground cloves
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N
  • 1/4-teaspoon salt
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N
  • Polaner Black Cherry AllFruit
  • A: HBAB: HBB: NO: HB
  • Ezekial Bread, toasted
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO:HB
  • (or other bread, crackers or rice cakes)

    Spread walnuts on a cookie sheet and place under preheated broiler until golden brown--a few minutes is all. In a food processor with metal blade, puree the nuts, spices and salt until the mixture combines and spins in a ball around the blade, periodically stopping and scraping the sides. Spread on toasted bread with Black Cherry AllFruit--enjoy!

    A Type-O-friendly replacement for that bad-old peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
