    Just a thought for you cabbage lovers, but I found a shredded brocolli stems at the store that tastes a lot like slaw.

    I eat that about 3 times a week. I use mayo, olive oil, and lemon as a dressing.

    It's great to find a substitute that has a similar texture and taste.
