    I have a great recipe for cooking in the pressure cooker. Prepare the artichoke by trimming leaves and pulling out inner leaves.

    Spread the leaves apart and add this mixture: Mix egg with spice(s) of your choice, then pour over the artichoke and drizzle olive oil. Cook until pressure and then for an additional 20 min.
