    Mom made some dandelion greens the way she learned growing up. Like she does the swiss chard, sauteed in some oil and garlic.

    You don't need to cut the stalks of the dandelion first like you do the chard, as they are thinner.

    They are quite bitter, but very good when balanced with a sweet potato.
