  • To taste Garlic (opt)

  • Tamari (opt)

  • Soy Sauce (opt)

    The easiest is to rinse the kale, remove the stems, chop or tear coarsely and either steam until slightly wilted, or pour a little olive oil in a pan, add chopped onions and/or garlic to taste (the more of these the better!!!)

    When the onions/garlic are ready, add the torn/chopped kale -- cook slightly and eat.

    Can add a little tamri or soy sauce to taste.
